Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Department Manager--BRM position.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will develop and lead the execution of strategic, organizational, and operational plans to establish and oversee the Business Relationship Management (BRM) function and team. You will maintain strong, senior level partnerships and a working understanding of business unit goals and technology capabilities' roadmaps. You will also oversee a team of individuals that are responsible for understanding the successes and challenges our business lines are having with their end-to-end technology experience. You will exercise their understanding of day to day business operations to develop and execute technology launch and adoption plans; to recommend improvements to technology delivery and support services, and to serve as a conduit for business feedback. You will partner closely with other Field Technology Solutions and Services leaders and with business unit operational leaders.
What We Are Looking For:
  • ****Corp to Corp Not Allowed, no remote work, Relocation provided.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. Without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • 8+ years' relevant IT business relationship management (BRM) experience associated with global or large scale companies or scopes of responsibility.
  • 8+ years of experience in leadership and organizational planning, including team and individualized coaching and development
  • Proven expertise in BRM process framework, strategy, and approach as implemented numerous times in various large-scale corporate settings.
  • Proven success in identifying customer experience wins and challenges and translating into short and long term actionable recommendations
  • Strong senior leadership-level presentation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable self-awareness of personal strengths and development opportunities
  • Experience leading across functions and diverse teams
  • Awareness of and commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; MBA preferred
  • Experience with translating business operations' technology challenges into services' improvement recommendations
  • Experience with planning and executing large scale technology-related launch and adoption campaigns
  • Affiliations with BRMI or other Business Relationship Management IT Process Framework
