Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Data Modeling.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will participate in development of concurrent, complex physical data models to support the business needs of many applications throughout the organization. You will effectively communicate how the data structure designs meet project and enterprise requirements and support the company's data architecture strategy. In addition, where appropriate, you will influence the application development design in order to make best use of its data and enterprise data. You will lead efforts to advance and communicate standards and best practices for data management. You will also contribute to cross-organizational methodology and process improvement efforts.
What We Are Looking For:
Broad knowledge and expertise of modeling principles, theories and concepts.
Experience with database design
Experience in modeling techniques, data modeling tools, data model integration, data model reconciliation, and data model management strategies
Strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to lead in a cross-team environment, the ability to identify process improvements and the leadership to ensure adherence to best practices.
