Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Consultant, Project Management (Scrum Master/PM) position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will manage multiple day-to-day IT projects using Agile and SAFe methodologies. You will strong communication and documentation skills. You will have the ability to report to senior management with key data points and research. You will design project plans, major tasks and milestones using a scope, resources, budget, and personnel as criteria. You will coordinate development of new systems and/or applications projects. You will also coordinate modifications of existing systems or applications or changes in current methods or techniques. You will coordinate project performance with other departments. You will monitor, document and report status of assigned projects. You will define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout project life cycle. You will also manage Software Development scrum teams. You will manage projects and directs a team of about 10 to 12 software developers, systems analysts, and quality engineers. You will exercise independent judgment and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning and tracking project progress. You will also design, develop and modify programs and plans working closely with the business owners. You will also consult with internal departments to identify customer needs and include project objectives. You will provide support regarding software development to internal departments.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Project management certification a plus.

  • 5+ years IT project and management experience.

  • Hands on Experience with Agile and related methodologies.

  • Fluent in Microsoft Windows technology, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and Agile related tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
