Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Business Analyst - Senior position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will define the capability strategy and drive the roadmap of new digital marketing capabilities across North America business units. You will serve as a thought leader and advisor to teams across the organization on the activation of digital marketing capabilities for North America by having a full understanding of global processes, regional processes, products, and operations. You will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities by understanding strategy, objectives, roadmaps and environmental factors. You will also assess and capture the maturity of current capabilities and conduct current state workshops and/or interviews with impacted personas to understand behaviors, goals, tasks, tools, workflows, friction points, risks, and priorities. You will partner with external customers (growers, dealers, retailers, etc), external vendors, internal company business teams and other Business Architects to influence and design to-be experiences. In support of the to-be experiences, you will identify capabilities that leverage global standards, recognize gaps where regional approaches are required and lead efforts to overcome gaps around people, processes, technology, and data. You will facilitate feedback sessions with impacted personas to assess to-be experience, analyze findings and iterate designs. You will create business process models, workflows, and interaction diagrams that clearly illustrate how people, processes, technology, and data interoperate. The assets will be consumable by decision makers and product development teams.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Information Technology

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Digital technologies

  • Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal direction

  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with business and IT partners to facilitate collaboration, buy-in, consensus building, team building, and stakeholder engagement

  • Ability to design and facilitate group and individual sessions, including the collection of data and the ability to analyze and synthesize data captured

  • Ability to translate business and user needs into valuable business solutions delivered through highly engaging human experiences

  • Demonstrate foresight to visualize solutions and anticipate the impact of change

  • A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques

It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:

  • Experience using Adobe Experience Manger, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign or comparable tools

  • Exceptional customer focus with ability to understand customer needs and balance with those of the business

  • Understanding of agile development

  • Experience with Human Centered Design

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement
