Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Business Analyst - Intermediate position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will partner with Data Analytics and Enablement in all maintenance and development of new reporting and analysis tools, and data ingest from critical systems (Salesforce, Portal, Talkdesk, JIRA,etc.). You will be responsible for the diagnosis, monitoring, and highlight of any gaps in process, critical systems, and business metrics in coordination with key stakeholders. You will be a key representative for Strategic Retail Partners with responsibility for maintaining and documenting critical business reporting rules. You will lead discussions with key stakeholders and Strategic Retail Partners. You will be responsible for specific requirements gathering, development, deployment, and monitoring of critical reports including but not limited to Sales and Operations reports and dashboards. You will be reporting tools and objectives are conceived cross-functionally, are innovative and customer-centric in nature, and provide reliable/timely access to stakeholders to drive growth and customer success. You will deploy, train and present tools and scorecards to business audiences and other members of leadership. You will proactively support master data efforts and lead data ingestion and analysis from critical source systems such as Salesforce / TalkDesk / LiveChat into Looker in partnership with Data Analytics & Engineering, becoming expert in Looker and Lookml, supporting for critical operational metrics including but not limited to paid users, activation & onboarding steps, sales & dealer hierarchy, etc. You will utilize state-of-the-art visualization tools to transition high maintenance/manual reports into efficient, easily accessible, visually appealing reports and dashboards. You will work independently in the heavy monitoring of critical Sales & Operations metrics to ensure completeness and accuracy. You will collaborate within the team and other internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner and ensure root-cause analysis to prevent recurrent errors.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Economics or other relevant fields of study.

  • 3-5 years of experience in business oriented roles, with heavy exposure to transactional systems.

  • Data savvy with an intellectual curiosity to drill deep to uncover business drivers and can communicate insightful, actionable recommendations to senior leadership and business partners.

  • Highly organized, independent and self-motivated, committed to deliver consistent, accurate and high quality work product.

  • Strong critical thinking skills with an ability to clearly and concisely communicate key ideas, both verbally and in writing.

  • Superior ability to project manage and some experience acting as liaison between business and Data Analytics/Engineering/Product.

  • Prior experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce) and data reporting tools (Tableau, Periscope, BW, Qlikview, Looker) preferred. High exposure to heavy data oriented activities preferred.

  • Ability to write basic SQL / Lookml or solid willingness to learn.

  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Prior OTC & Sales Operation / Enablement experience.
