Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Business Analyst - Intermediate position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will be responsible to understand, create, and analyze metrics; and provide recommendations that support data-driven decisions. You will do metrics and Dashboard creation, in-depth analysis, and process improvement skills. You will be responsible for data visualization to increase globalization and user adoption. You will be identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, procedures, and regional requirements. You will also execute data requests, execute data analysis, execute process mapping. Effects of decisions are long-lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization.

You will highlight opportunities to enhance reporting and data visualizations. You will coordinate and share best practice and standardization efforts. You will support and drive system adoption. You will contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. You will assist with the analysis of business processes that will contribute to the design and development of new solutions. You will also ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives.

You will collaborate with business to define business requirements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional & regional teams for input and alignment. You will create PowerPoint slides to effectively communicate concepts & overall story. You will bring innovation from academic & industry perspective. You will also identify opportunities to positively impact the customer experience.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Understanding of data structure and prior data analytics work. General understanding of reporting tools and have utilized cloud based tools.

  • Experience training and assisting others through coaching, in-person and webinar training.

  • Previous Salesforce experience required; and prefer experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.

  • Prefer strong knowledge of customer service/supply chain operations in diverse operation or business spanning across multiple geographies.

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment. Ability to perform work without direction.

  • 2 to 5 years or previous experience in data analytics and/or process improvement.
