Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Architectural Designer.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will draft industrial factory buildings and offices in Revit quickly and accurately. You will understand the relevance of the architecture behind what you are drawing. You will work in a collaborative, fully integrated environment with an Architect, Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, BIM Specialists, & Project Managers. You will also work on all phases of a project from schematic design through construction documents. You will prepare and create design drawings, construction drawings and details for industrial factory projects including industrial spaces and office spaces.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of proficiency in Revit in a professional setting and ability to use AutoCAD, all in architectural design
Microsoft Excel and Work ability
Experience creating industrial architectural construction drawings in Revit
Experience with wood frame, steel frame and concrete structures
Minimum of an Associates Degree or certificate in Architecture
Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic
Must be able to work collaboratively and have a positive outlook
Must have an inquisitive mind & not be afraid to ask question
Must be able to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
