Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an Administrative Assistant II position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will do project coordination. You will do distribution of information, including managing email distribution list. You will also do scheduling and coordinate both recurring as well as impromptu meetings (including catering telepresence, etc.). You will do preparation of reports/spreadsheets. You will supply ordering for multiple floors in AmEx P-Card balance and allocation; submission. You will do workshop logistic coordination (rooms, catering, dinners, transportation, badges, guest Wi-Fi, parking, etc.). You will do travel and Expense management (manager, P-card, BTA card). You will do travel reservations (manager, BTA-card including contractors and all associates without AmEx). You will also do communications (Monthly Bulletin, Announcements, Trainings, Digital Bar updates). You will do organization chart updates. You will also do nest page ownership. You will do SharePoint site ownership. You will do calendar management (manager, team). You will also do office management (supplies, seating, work-orders, new hires, terminations, coffee supplies).
