Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator position in St. Louis, Missouri.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will run a smooth and efficient recruitment process experience in direct partnership with Talent Acquisition and Workforce Services team. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers on calendar management and scheduling for phone and onsite interviews, as well as technical assessments. You will also post positions in Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and Vendor Management System (Fieldglass). You will be building expertise in iCIMS ATS, track job requisitions and candidates through all processes to ensure a white glove candidate experience. You will create offer letters and manage the background check and drug screening processes for all new hires. You will also monitor and track employee referral process including communicating to all parties and follow up with referring employee regarding status of referral. You will ensure reporting compliance with state and federal laws. You will generate and validate accuracy of all weekly reports to roll up to global workforce reports. You will work in tandem with Talent Acquisition and HR to onboard all new hires. You will do candidate sourcing and data mining within all available systems and online tools (25% + of time). You will be a coordinate vendor and outreach events, including correspondence with vendors and outreach partners. You must safeguard and consistently maintain highly confidential information. You will must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.



What We Are Looking For:

  • ******Corp to Corp Not Allowed for this role, must be local to St. Louis, no relocation provided

  • 1+ year minimum experience in similar role or corporate/agency environment

  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

  • Hiring, recruiting or recruiting support experience preferably in IT or tech field

  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems strongly preferred

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong beginner to intermediate Excel skills

  • Proven experience interfacing with employees/clients/customers/executives at all levels with a high degree of customer service and professionalism

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to represent client to candidates, vendors and other outside organizations with a high degree of professionalism

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Must possess a high degree of flexibility and ability to deal with frequent and constant change



It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Confident, effective decision maker with solid negotiation skills

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret federal and state employment laws, job descriptions and resumes
