Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Quality Assurance Manager position in Bridgeton, Missouri.
You will manage, develop and execute formal test plans of the TIS client application software on the global platform. You will advise quality assurance team on resolving technical issues and ensures team completes tests in accordance with required schedule. You will create and maintains testing standards. You will also create a process for automating the testing function. You will identify and document all issues and works with developers on their resolution. You will also perform load testing of applications. You will manage and develop data testing under a variety of scenarios. You will direct, organize, supervise, and assist the quality assurance staff. Assumes responsibilities for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of staff by reviewing and improving existing operating policies and procedures and ensuring their effective implementation and maintenance; and implementing new procedures as required. Also, you will be making personnel decisions regarding employment, development, performance evaluations, salary changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations. You will do other duties as assigned.
