Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Project Leader position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will plan and lead projects to ensure project cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met by monitoring and measuring progress, taking corrective action, and escalating issues when necessary. You will align project activities with the firm's strategic direction; participate in industry events as necessary to understand the impact to Company. You will coordinate project activities across multiple Information Systems and functional areas; establish and maintain effective communication and relationships across project stakeholders, business areas, and vendors. You will oversee all system deliverables, ensuring adherence to methodology, cost management, risk management, and reporting, including managing tasks, scope, and requirements to meet agreed-upon schedules. You will coordinate associates and other firm resources to carry out project plans and achieve defined milestones; devise and maintain workable project plans to accomplish the business needs for projects. You will also lead multiple project teams, guiding by example, demonstrating firm values, providing guidance and training.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience directly related to Information Systems technology

  • Completion of project management certification (Project Management Professional and/or Certified Project Leader) preferred within 12 months of hire

  • Experience with project and/or functional leadership in the industry in increasingly responsible positions, including 3+ years of experience leading projects

  • Experience leading or formally mentoring project team members

  • Experience evaluating and documenting cost / benefit justification

  • In-depth knowledge of industry processes, systems, procedures and risks related to project management

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicates with project teams, other areas, other divisions and outside vendors

  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues in business terms

  • Excellent relationship management, organizational, coordination and collaboration skills

  • Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and/or resolve elements that can impact a project

  • Ability to learn and apply new/emerging technologies
