Our client is currently seeking a talented person for an NOC Analyst position.

What You Will Be Doing:

Under minimal supervision, you will monitor network and server infrastructure. You will troubleshoot issues as they arise. You will escalate, as needed. You will document all issues in ticketing system. You will also create and manage file transfers via cross-platform scheduling software. You will configure monitoring tools to provide availability and performance metrics.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a technology-related field, preferably with at least 2 years providing direct customer support.

  • Great customer service skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to analyze and intelligently troubleshoot issues.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Windows Server experience.

  • Unix/Linux Server experience (NOT required but a plus).

  • Understanding of network fundamentals. Cisco experience (preferred).

  • Network and server monitoring experience (preferred).
