Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an IT Infrastructure Admin (Deskside) position.
You will follow standard operating procedure (SOP) support processes and show expedient and professional response to customer concerns, meeting or beating service level expectations. You will use sound judgment to determine when to escalate issues, analyze and monitor the requests until completion. You will work across multiple Managed Service providers and Service Delivery managers as needed to resolve escalations. As trends are identified, you will work with the Managed Service providers to improve the process and the Knowledge Base articles. You will run and create reports as needed to support your work effort and assist the DSC Service Delivery managers in their day to day activities. You will bring order, structure and focused management attention to the customers problems in order to complete the request and gain customer satisfaction. You will ensure customer is heard throughout escalation process. You will focus on problem avoidance in escalations. You will also follow all SOP workflows, and communicate where appropriate process or documentation improvements are needed.
