Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Digital Commerce Analytics & Insights Specialist position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will report on the state of the various E-commerce channels and channels that drive demand, including catalog and direct mail (i.e. trends and performance compared to previous year and plan). You will analyze variance in KPI's versus plan and conduct cost-benefit analysis of new initiatives being evaluated for potential implementation. You will also monitor and report on results for E-commerce tests. You will lead analysis of the cross-channel sales experience and partner cross-functionally to identify new opportunities for improved customer experience and increased efficiencies. You will assist in managing cross-channel campaigns and identify opportunities based on performance. You will partner with Marketing team to brainstorm and test new cross-channel promotions and messaging and analyze projected impact to business results of changes. You will proactively research and conduct ad-hoc analysis utilizing multiple data sources and tools. You will publish monthly presentations of KPIs, business trends and campaign performance. You will also work with Director of Demand Generation & Team and Finance on projects as needed. You will find new insights and trends that will help us improve demand generation, customer acquisition and growth. You will build your own complex models that explain what will happen if a certain KPI or other data point (e.g., acquisition, mix, or conversion) changes. You will work alongside our development and platform team to advise on all aspects of data related to site performance and results. You will partner with business and marketing stakeholders to identify and capture opportunities and strategies to grow and improve performance. You will build your own models that explain what will happen if a new solution, program or strategy is adopted, including analysis of cost-benefit, break-even, payback period and ROI. You will deliver reports-both written and in presentation form-of key findings. You will interface with multiple levels of stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong background in quantitative thinking and statistical data analysis

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Finance or a related field

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, Analytics, Financial or related field

  • Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint as well as SQL

  • Skilled with Google Analytics and other E-commerce analytics suites

  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Strong problem solving skills resulting in actionable recommendations
