Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Consultant, Project Management position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will facilitate scrum team meetings/scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospective, technical review session, sprint/team backlog grooming, story points estimation. You will manage scrum board in ALM and ensures story status, card color, and owner and other fields are updated appropriately. You will coordinate with other teams and participates in the scrum of scrum (release call) meeting with Program/Release Train Engineer (RTE). You will actively addresses and removes any impediments so that the team can remain focused on achieving the goals of the iterations. You will help manage risk and dependencies at the scrum team level. You will also help the team achieve in areas including quality, predictability, flow, and velocity. You will build a high-performing team by helping the team manage intrapersonal conflicts, challenges, and opportunities for growth. You will escalate people problems to management where necessary, but only after internal processes have failed to achieve the objective. You will guide the team on the utilization of Agile/Scrum practices. You will proactively monitoring project health and quality, provides input to RTE and Management.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Prior Scrum Master experience required.

  • Project Management experience preferred.

  • SAFe experience preferred

  • Applies advanced knowledge and extended expertise of principles, theories and concepts, plus advanced knowledge of business or function, usually acquired through five to eight years of experience.

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Expert in understanding of Agile Scrum

  • Proficient in requirement documentation tools like Rally and Jira.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Requires little supervision.

  • Great team leadership skills
