Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Consultant, Project Management.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will oversee various projects of a high complexity nature or has project accountability at the enterprise level. You will provide input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business. You will effectively lead the project team or the responsible area to align with the business objectives, project schedule, and project budget. You will have mastery of complex facilitation and dependency management techniques (cross team, cross department). You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules, ensuring methodology compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to increase the teams velocity by adopting the lessons learned from each retrospective. You will drive cross team, ART and departmental impediments, planning, collaboration, and coordination. You will help teams apply the Scrum Framework and principles of agility to the benefit of the team and organization. Support multiple Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams in understanding and enacting their roles. You will manage complex resolutions, and help develop solutions to complex problems. You will regularly communicate to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables, and interact with client to set and manage expectations. You will consult on new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business. You will drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc) to identify areas of opportunity. You will facilitate PI Planning meetings, Scrum of scrums, PI demos and PI Retrospectives. You will also support the Strategic Program Management team in ensuring company governance standards are applied within the team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Broad knowledge in the areas of strategy, planning and project management required processes and techniques.

  • Ability to think creatively and have flexibility

  • Leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills required with a track record for developing internal and external relationships.

  • Extraordinary Problem Solving Capabilities and Conflict Resolution Capabilities

  • Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical skills

  • Solid knowledge and experience in running projects in SAFe, Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) methodologies

  • Knowledge of the payments industry preferred

  • Saleforce experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud a plus.

  • Past experience with enterprise integrations managing 10-20 workstreams a plus.
