Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Change Management Consultant position.
You will apply Change Management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required. You will socialize Change Management process and deliverables. You will participate in and represent Change management in any Advisory Council, Steering Committee, Program and Project Management meetings. You will also identify risks to program adoption and resolve and/or escalate as appropriate. You will track and report issues. You will engage and communicate with key leaders to ensure project success. You will interface with and manage stakeholders Support definition and clarification of roles and responsibilities (both within and external to the CM/Communications team). You will also partner with the SMEs to ensure alignment and to expedite decisions. You will manage Change Progress & Update deliverables. You will develop & Update Change Management Work plan, as needed Share and use knowledge of culture, processes, and systems. You will integrate CM plan into Program/Project Schedule and update.
You will manage the assessment of the change impact Identify and manage anticipated resistance. You will develop Training Strategy & Plan (including identification of materials). You will also conduct Need Analysis. You will provide input and support the design and delivery of training programs Identify and manage super users. You will manage design and execution of roadshows, leader messaging, etc. You will research & manage training vendors. You will also develop & executive governance, structure, and strategy for training system. You will partner with SMEs to design training, FAQs, QRGs Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications. You will conduct Organizational Impact Analysis. You will also create Stakeholder Engagement Plan. You will also create Project Engagement Surveys, analyze data and distribute. You will conduct Change Readiness Analysis. You will define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
