Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Business Process Analyst-Master position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will be a Subject Matter Expert for Logistics, having a full understanding of global processes, regional processes, products, and operations. You will partner with customers, business teams, vendors, and other Business Architects to influence and design TO-BE, global business processes. You will also define processes that leverage global standards, identify gaps where regional non-standard approaches are required, and lead efforts to overcome process gaps. You will create business process models that clearly illustrate how people, products, processes and data interoperate. You will shape ideas and requirements to achieve optimal future value. You will capture AS-IS processes by working directly with external customers (growers, dealers, retailers, etc), B2B partners, external vendors, internal company business teams, and other Business Architects.

You will successfully partner with matrixed business functions and teams to understand friction points and inefficiencies, while identifying options and opportunities. You will apply insights from personas, journey maps, and other human-centered design artifacts to business models and process maps. You will also lead and facilitate business process workshops, while capturing and consolidating inputs from multiple sources. You will effectively present and communicate information and ideas to individuals at all levels of the company. You will assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues. You will create process models, workflows, and interaction diagrams that effectively convey the interworking of complex business processes. You will successfully interact with functional leads, product managers, platform teams, global business architects, human centered design experts, data analytics teams, and external vendors to define and develop transformative business processes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Agriculture

  • 7+ years of IT experience in a Business Architect/Analyst role, with direct business facing relationship, or candidates with no degree must have a minimum of 10 years IT experience in a Business Architect/Analyst role

  • Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal direction

  • Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain relationships with new and existing IT and business clients at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements and schedule

  • A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes
