Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Business Continuity Analyst I position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will update and maintain IT portion of the business continuity (BC) support application, FrontLine, including verifying the correctness and fitness of IT Staff listings, updated personnel information, BC actions, responsibilities and response location Update and store IT BC plans in accordance with our company Business Continuity Program Requirements and Policy. You will do a completed review of IT BC plans to ensure plan viability and preparedness. You will review status of the IT Business Impact Analysis (BIAs). You will also identify any programmatic or process gaps and vulnerabilities within BC plans. You will create and submit meeting notes and minutes of meetings in support of IT BC, including actions taken or task assigned. You will do others as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3 + years experience in business continuity and disaster recovery planning to include a minimum of 2 years experience working with IT departments in building Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery plans

  • Strong leadership skills, particularly project management, influence and relationship building, and conflict identification and resolution.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, administrative, and computing skills

  • Familiarity with BC principles and processes including Business Impact Analysis (BIAs)Familiarity with the BC Management and Planning system to use for maintenance of BC plans. Knowledge of Frontline Live a plus Familiarity with coordinating the review and maintenance of plans with various stakeholders.

  • Training experience in educating IT team members' roles and responsibilities associated with BC.

  • Experience with monitoring BC programs including audit and regulatory compliances Demonstrated knowledge of both business and technical controls as related to business continuity / disaster recovery.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of key IT control and risk management standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement related DR/BC standards and procedures.

  • Strong analytical skills needed to identify business process improvements, separate key issues, consider alternatives or multiple solutions, and effectively make recommendations
