Our client is currently seeking a talented person for a Sr. Org/Talent Development Professional position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will collaborate across the organization to identify, recommend, design and implement talent development initiatives (e.g. learning, talent review, performance management). You will serve as the subject matter expert for talent development initiatives, provide guidance to others and facilitate timely and effective deployment of organization-wide strategies/initiatives. You will also develop evaluation and measurement procedures for the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. You will act as a change agent, providing support and a disciplined methodology to plan and implement change. You will remain current on developments in organization development research findings and methodologies, including technology enhancements, and make recommendations to continuously improve Talent Development processes and results. You will also identify and recommend vendor partners to address talent development needs and manage vendor contracts and relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa

  • 5+ years success in organizational development or talent development in large, corporate environment

  • Must have proven experience in building relationships, positive impact and driving change

  • Must possess a driver orientation with quick and effective judgment in decision-making

  • Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, virtually (in some situations), and in collaboration to achieve goals

  • Must have excellent strategic and conceptual thinking skills

  • Must have ability to influence others, to gain support and commitment for shared projects

  • Must have strong analytical skills, to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems and issues

  • Must have strong communication, consulting and facilitation skills

  • Must have ability to organize and express ideas clearly

  • Must have ability to set and manage priorities; strong process, project and stakeholder management skills

  • Must have proven experience supporting and leading change

It Would Be Great, but Not Required, if You Had:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or related field preferred

  • Basic understanding of Information Technology function preferred

  • Experience working for a global company preferred

  • Experience selecting and managing vendor relationships preferred

  • Knowledge of training design, adult learning principles, learning styles and/or remote learning preferred
