Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Peoplesoft HR Systems Analyst position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will lead in the analysis, design, and implementation of new functionality of HR and miscellaneous other business systems. You will
work with PeopleSoft HR with a focus on HR Benefits. You will be consulting with business area leaders and end users. You will be
documenting and communicating functional requirements to IS. You will be determining appropriate uses of the systems to meet user's
needs. You will coordinate system testing and user acceptance. You will also do development of user training material. You will provide
support and administration, including technical configuration of HR systems. You will evaluate, analyze and recommend improvements and
changes to current system functionality.

What We Are Looking For:

  • PeopleSoft HR experience with a focus on HR Benefits

  • Core HR experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR related systems functional support and enhancement development

  • Minimum 3 years experience in business process reengineering, procedures development and documentation, and system related project

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and database structures within systems

  • Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills

  • Requires knowledge of and practical application of testing methodologies and experience

  • Reporting a plus

  • 4 yr college degree
