Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an Office365 Specialist position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will participate in Digital Transformation Projects at the Market, Regional and Global levels. Work with Design team to test and
implement changes to the infrastructure, including software upgrades, new deployments, etc. You will provide 3rd level support of Digital
Transformation projects at the Market and Regional levels. You will also communicate/collaborate with local IS teams to ensure that Digital
Transformation project and related systems business needs are being met. You will provide guidance and direction to level 1/level 2 resources
with respect to supporting the Digital Transformation project. You will also provide reporting on Site Network drive usage in prep for Home
Drive migration to OneDrive. You will be scheduling of migrations one behalf of users. You will also provide documentation to assist in the
understanding and support of Digital Transformation related systems.



What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years as Key Contributor in Digital Transformation (Office 365)

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Windows Client and Server platforms

  • Office 365 components, specifically OneDrive and Sharepoint Online

  • Must be personable and able to communicate at the client level, work closely across the IT organization, and function well in a team
    atmosphere.

  • In-depth knowledge of inner-workings of Exchange/Office 365 back-end infrastructure, protocols and related technologies

  • Strong Powershell experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (7,8.1,10, Server 2008r2, 2012, 2016)

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Able to research and solve unfamiliar technical issues independently

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

  • Experience participating in large-scale projects from vision through implementation
