Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an IT Operations Engineer position.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will diagnose and provide solutions to recurring problems. You will assist in the development of guidelines and procedures for
administration and security best practices. You will also plan, organize and prepare technical documents that support new I.T. procedures. You
will document and train operational procedures for IS support staff. You will coordinate testing of software changes prior to production
installation. You will also coordinate with customers to ensure timely and error free application upgrades. You will act as ultimate point of
escalation for Windows PCs and laptops for AICU clinicians and other end-users. You will create and update an "image" for PCs and laptops.
You will support and coordinate the hospital technical implementation process related to hardware selection and installation, testing and
training. When necessary, you will travel to client sites to assist with installation/troubleshooting of in-room equipment. You will coordinate
and roll-out required updates and patches for Windows and other software. You will assist with clinical group policy requirements for new
client implementations. You will work with both Clinical and IT team to confirm that published applications, single-sign-on profiles, and
servers are functioning as expected. You will assist with Citrix, Single-Sign-On, Server/Network Monitoring Software, SCCM, Group Policy,
DNS, Active Directory. You will monitor network usage, anticipate problems, and suggest solutions. You will provide basic network
troubleshooting for outages/issues reported at client sites. You will be working knowledge with TCP/IP as a protocol with experience
troubleshooting general network issues. You will know and apply the standards of network architecture. You will document configuration
decisions, technical modifications and operational procedures for use by all IT Staff.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must be able to work overtime and on-call rotations, including nights and weekends

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and motivate team members by example

  • Must be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is willing to take ownership of issues and see them through
    to resolution with little or no supervision.

  • Must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining superior technical services to support patient care.

  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office programs

  • General understanding of VoIP architecture

  • Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products, independently using documentation and online resources.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years progressive hands-on technical experience

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (desired)

  • CCNA certified (desired)

  • Imprivata SSO or similar experience (desired)
