Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Master position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will utilize our Compnay's Change Management Model. You will provide coaching and training as needed to IT members. You will do
development of change strategy to address the following elements: Leadership & Commitment; Organization Alignment; Staff &
Organization Acceptance; Change Acceptance & Adoption; Governance Readiness. You will do creation of detailed plan to implement the
change strategy. You will do ongoing management of change plan. You will coordinate the transformation team members participation in the
execution of the change plan. You will create specific change plan deliverables (e.g. communication ). You will also coordinate SMEs to
support change plan: internal communications, public relations, IT, and training. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking
of a OCM project track which with specified deliverables. You will define the scope of the project in collaboration with other staff members.
You will also create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the OCM program. You
will review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revises the
schedule as required. You will also determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion. You will
execute the project according to the project plan. You will also develop forms and records to document project activities. You will set up files
to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured. You will monitor the progress of the project and make
adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project. You will establish a communication schedule to update
stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project. You will review the quality of the work completed
with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.

  • Requires a degree or 15+ years experience in field or related area.
