Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an IT Infrastructure Admin (Deskside) position.
You will provide Level 2 support for Endpoint Issues, mainly from the TCX locations. You will provide technical leadership to the Managed
Service Provider peers. You will also provide direct feedback to the DSS Leadership Team on Customer experience and technical concerns and
needs for escalation in preparation for future service changes. You will work with teams to maintain Level 2 support documentation for
technical processes, including validating and testing. You will ensure Customer resolution and high satisfaction level. You will provide some
level of just-in-time training to a client via phone as requested. You will monitor and updated Help Desk incident and work order tickets in
Remedy within Service Level Agreements. You will provide PC services including imaging, re-core, deployment, repair, upgrade and asset
management. You will also provide end user software for Windows, Ios, Mac and Android. You will provide onsite and, possibly, dispatch
service to remote users of all staff levels, including Senior Leadership. You will manage and report on hardware inventory levels at the site.
You will deliver prepared training to users for new equipment and software.
