Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an IS Asset / Purchasing Analyst/Manager position.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will bee a partner to key stakeholders within Information Solutions & technology; provide support through all steps of the Purchasing
process, in collaboration with the
Category Mgrs. You will perform market studies, benchmarks, participate to international forums. You will facilitate the capture of innovation
from suppliers, promote Corporate Social Responsibility practices. You will make or buy analysis. You will drive Information Solution saving
plan and continuous improvement with suppliers. You will also manage Vendors Qualification and optimize Supplier Panel, source and qualify
new suppliers which can bring value to supply chain. You will negotiate and implement change requests in relationship with internal customer
(demonstrate fair value based on TCO). You will do risk analysis. You will manage cost and commitment strategy in coordination with
assigned commodity. You will lead financial and contractual negotiations. You will also facilitate to stakeholders key contractual aspects of
the negotiated deals.

You will build, lead and optimize Strategic Vendor Management program for assigned commodities. You will manage strategic partners
governance including contractual relationship. You will do performance monitoring (thru Business Reviews, KPIs). You will manage financial
dimension of the contracts. You will coordinate contracts with vendors used by multiple stakeholders. You will support supplier
audits, Manage critical suppliers watch list. You will be accountable for compliance with Purchasing processes & procedures: good
documentation practices, Supplier Steering Committees. You will also do risk mitigation. You will lead some continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum education required in Indirect Purchasing Freight & Logistics and international environment

  • Masters/ MBA required and 3 to 5 years of experience

  • Bachelor degree and +5 to 10 year experience, Masters/MBA preferred.

  • In addition Individual should have strong experience in Information Solutions & Technology, + 3 years.

  • Project management

  • Individual should be open-minded, and previous experience working for a non-US company is a plus.
