Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for a Consultant, Software Engineering position.



What You Will Be Doing:

You will facilitate scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, and sprint demos. You will act as Scrum master for 1 or 2 agile teams with a
focus on guiding the teams towards project goals while also improving the way they work. You will also coach the development team and
stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum practices. You will support Teams in execution of iteration resulting in successful story completion
and increased velocity. You will help Team Manage stakeholder and their dependencies. You will also help Team Manage project scope, risk,
and schedule. You will partner with the Business Owner and Business Analyst to help achieve team alignment. You will also participate
actively in the development and refinement of internal tools and processes.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in delivering Digital/e-commerce applications is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrate MC Core Competencies.

  • Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high
    degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.

  • Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written - and strong relationship, collaboration skills and organizational skills.

  • Must provide the necessary skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.

  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new methodologies, frameworks and tools and support multiple concurrent activities and to
    interface with external / internal resources, working as a member of a matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.

  • Key Technology Areas: Near Field Communications (NFC); Mobile Secure Element knowledge; Digital/e-commerce applications; Scrum
    development methodology; SAFe development methodology
