Our client is currently seeking a talented person for an Administrative Assistant position.
You will schedule and organize activities such as meetings, interviews and department activities for all members of the department. You
will prepare the conference room for meetings. You will also attend meetings and takes notes. You will pick up and sets up lunch for the
Practice Directors and group meetings. You will maintain the Practice Directors' calendar. You will keep internal information systems up-to-
date with most recent data. You will prepare reports. You will track hardware purchases for internal and external customers. You will review
reports from the accounting department and communicates potential issues.
You will act as a liaison with other departments, including high-level staff such as the President and Practice Directors. You will assist with
the onboarding and offboarding of personnel. You will also assist in prioritizing important tasks. You will organize and maintain office supplies.
You will proofread documents and track progress of signatures. You will also work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring
and ongoing projects.
